Collagen induction therapy, also known as microneedling, can address many cosmetic concerns, such as aging and dull skin, hyper-pigmentation (such as melasma), enlarged pores, small spider veins, and scars.  Combine Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma

Microneedling and platelet rich plasma are a match made in heaven, and work synergistically to regenerate your skin.  During a combination treatment, platelet rich plasma is used as a medium and serum for microneedling, and is thus injected into the microchannels created.  This increases the growth factors and natural stem cells within the regenerating tissue and maximizes the outcomes from microneedling.  Combination treatments available are: 

1)  PRP Facial - PRP used for Collagen induction therapy/Microneedling

2) Teartrough focused PRP Facial - PRP used for collagen induction therapy/microneedling and is also injected as tear trough filler to combat volume loss, texture changes and pigmentation changes in the underage area.

3) The Ambrogio Facelift - (Ambrogio = "immortal") A double kit of PRP is injected for facial rejuvenation along with a syringe of hyaluronic acid filler to help act as scaffolding and anchor for the PRP.  Get the best by combining all the volume restoring treatments for a complete nonsurgical facelift that provides a natural, soft result.  This treatment is customized to the patient by Dr Borger.  Areas of injection depend on individual areas of need and concern, and most commonly include restoring volume in the cheeks or nasolabial folds, in addition to tear troughs.
